“Take The Throne” illustrates Rigo’s life-changing decision to take over his father’s criminal enterprise–splitting time between dealing and recording his debut rap album. The video is a shot of pure adrenaline, combining dramatic scenes from the series and mind-blowing original dance scenes, culminating with Rigo’s realization that his choice to embrace street life is driving away the people he cares about most.
Based on the successful film franchise from Lionsgate, which has grossed $650 million at the global box office, Step Up: High Water follows several students at a cutthroat performing arts school in Atlanta. Series regulars Ne-Yo, Naya Rivera, and Faizon Love return for a second season, joining newcomers Ashley Greene, Robin Givens
In the second season, multi-platinum recording artist and entrepreneur Rick Ross guest stars as himself, as does Todrick Hall and choreographer JaQuel Knight.
