Rap duo Second Family consisting of Cally Reed and NoQueztion brings the heat with ‘Rider’ featuring August Alsina. ‘Rider’ is the lead single off of their new album Grit City.
The northwest group is often pegged as having a “gangster” or “street” sound. “I think where we’re from has every thing to do with what they call us.” says Cally, “Of course our music is inspired by our environment, but there is a lot more to it than that one title. That’s a surface level analysis of our music.”
With Grit City being SecondFamily’s third album in five years; the duo is looking to move from the underground rap world to the big leagues.
