Here is this weeks round-up this week. What do Amber, Kim Kardashian and Rihanna have in common? I kid…get your weekly round up below.
1. Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa Getting Divorced
America’s favorite couple, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa, are heading for divorce and it doesn’t look too pretty. I am pretty sure most of us thought they were so in love and obsessed with each other so this really comes as a shock. Amber was even twerking for her boo earlier this week. Like her ex, Kanye West says, “It was all good just a week ago.” However, amongst rumors of Amber allegedly having secret business meetings with Nick Cannon for management and with the announcement of his and Mariah Carey’s pending divorce, it’s not hard to put it all together. It’s been alleged that Amber and Nick Cannon were having a secret affair. Amber took to her Twitter yesterday to address the rumors tweeting:
Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this…..
— Amber Rose (@DaRealAmberRose) September 25, 2014
Unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same….
— Amber Rose (@DaRealAmberRose) September 25, 2014
I’m devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time. — Amber Rose (@DaRealAmberRose) September 25, 2014
According to TMZ,
Nick claims he only learned about Amber’s domestic problems through her lawyers last week when he signed her on as a client. That’s when Nick says he found out her marriage was on the rocks and only then did the two share break-up stories.
But it gets even messier. Apparently, Amber Rose doesn’t mind if her husband does his thing, so it’s kind of peculiar that she’d say that it’s because he cheated. Maybe there was a line of some sort that was crossed between the two and that’s what did it. Right now, Amber and Wiz both want the terms of the pre-nup fully enforced which gives Amber a lump sum of 1 million dollars and a little over 5k a month in spousal support. Amber wants full custody of baby Sebastian and Wiz wants joint custody, which will be worked out in the California courts. I think it’s safe to say we are all a little devastated and shocked by our favorite couples split. *tear*

2. Kim Kardashian-West Was Attacked in Paris During Fashion Week
This is super bizarre. This guy name Vitalii Sediuk apparently lunged at Kim K’s legs trying to tackle her to the ground as she was getting out of her car while headed to an event for Paris Fashion Week. Sediuk is known for doing this to other A-listers including Will Smith and Brad Pitt and the Parisian police aren’t going to anything about it saying they don’t tend to “minimal” situations. Kim K and Kanye have beefed up their security while out in Paris for the time being. As much as people tend to not like Ms. West, this had to have been a traumatic situation to be in not knowing if someone is trying to kill you are not.

3. Chris Brown Talks Rihanna: “We’re not trying to start a life together right now.”
In a recent Entertainment Tonight interview to promote his recently debuted studio album, X (which is really good by the way and hit the Billboard 200 Chart at number 2), Chris was obviously asked about Rihanna and their relationship in which he responds in the most vague way possible and lets the listener come up with their own conclusions as to what he means by them.
We could literally dissect everything he said in that interview and do exactly what he says we are expected to do and what I am about to do right now:
“I think that’s just the fans’ perception or the media’s perception at all times because of our history.”
As for what he said about him and Rihanna when asked about how his relationship was with her he states:
“We good. We’re friends. Nothing too serious…We’re not trying to start a life together right now, we’re just having fun.“
and in response to the lyrics: “If by chance you’re laying next to someone else right now/I hope it’s the worst sex ever” that’s been said to be about Rihanna from his song “Drunk Texting”:
“But as far as me writing and going into that, I don’t really try to put my focus on Rihanna every song. At the end of the day it’s almost six, seven years later. It’s like, how many more times am I going to talk about the same situation?”
Hmmm…I know Chrae and Chrianna stand are foaming at the mouth right now. Check out the full interview below.

4. Alaskan News Anchor, Charlo Greene, Quits Live On Air: Fuck it, I Quit
Fuck it, I quit. How many of us wished we could just walk off our jobs just like that? Charlo Greene of Anchorage Alaska did it. While doing a report on for news station KTVA on Alaska Cannabis Club, the only dispensary in the state of Alaska, she announced that she was in fact the owner of that business and she’d be leaving her job in order to spread the truth about marijuana legalization and focus on her new business. So much epicness in less than 30 seconds:
This has initiated a conversation about not only marijuana legalization but also journalism ethics and reporting. While Ms. Greene admits that she did go against the grain and violate journalism ethics, she states that there is a bigger battle that needs to be fought and that is big money spreading erroneous stats about marijuana so that the Alaskan people “Vote No on 2” to help defeat a ballot measure to legalize it. In an interview with Huffington Post in which she actually smokes blunt live on air, she states:
If everyone is upset about my ‘breach of trust,’ and me crossing that line, then how about you get upset about the fact that journalists in 2014 just go off and say, ‘Alright, well you say whatever it is that you have to say,’ [and they hear] ‘Oh, the kids. The kids are going to start using if we legalize marijuana.’ You put that on air without even vetting that? The state of Colorado says teenage usage rates are falling, but the No On 2 people aren’t going to say that. Yet every other journalist in this market is going to put their comments on air without vetting them.
And I am absolutely here for ALL of this.
5. Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder Do Big Numbers Last Night
Last night was the season premiere of Shonda Rihme’s Scandal and Peter Norwalk’s How to Get Away With Murder with the stunningly, beautiful Viola Davis. This was a huge night for ABC’s TGIT (Thank God It’s Thursday) dubbed evening with Scandal hitting at 11.9 million viewers and How to Get Away With Murder reeling in an astounding 14 million viewers.
Congratulations to Viola Davis and Kerry Washington! Shine on.
