Red Bull dropped another amazing single as part of their “20before15” series. Remixing Makonnen’s single “Down 4 So Long” featuring Ezra Koenig and Despot, Red Bull did alright by this collab. Ezra Koenig (Vampire Weekend), gets pretty funny with his rhymes by spitting about how “Americans are wack.” He also jokes about Shmoney dancing goths and a Magic! reference. This has been a good year for Makonnen from him signing to Drake’s OVO Sound to “Tuesday” being the #1 song in the country and to him releasing his self-titled EP in the summer. iLoveMakonnen is just absolutely winning at the moment, kudos!
