Pay Up: The Mixtape is UK native Dhamiri’s debut full length project and is a great introduction to who he is as an artist and creative. The mixtape features 8 tracks and Dhamiri‘s multi-national sound is evident as his aggressive word play and grime influenced flow capture the listeners ears. The haunting sounds of the songs “Loyal” ,“Cursed” and the projects title song “Pay Up”, display a range of emotions and are balanced out by the fun feeling record “Cool Down”. The project has an overall dark feel and the sound is overall encapsulated by great production that compliment Dhamiri‘s voice and sound.
This project is dedicated to those who stay true to themselves and to their peers because in this day and age everyone wants to be paid, but no one wants to pay up.
