Despite the March 23rd release date, Kendrick Lamar, may have or may have not intentionally released his album To Pimp a Butterfly early. Either way no one is complaining. It came as as surprise to fans and even I had to check the date, like damn it’s already the 23rd?

Top Dawg then tweeted that someone from Interscope would pay for the leak and then later deleted the Tweet. Maybe he didn’t check his emails last night?
The album features George Clinton, Snoop Dogg, production from Pharrell and Flying Lotus, to name a few. This album has to be the best thing that has happened to hip hop in a really long time. To Pimp a Butterfly is such a black fist in the air and without regrets which makes it so great. It’s such a treat to listen to since Good Kid, m.A.A.d. City and even pop-country singer Taylor Swift got in on the excitement.
KENDRICK PUT HIS ALBUM OUT EARLY. NO ONE TOUCH ME. @kendricklamar
