Dedicated to her late brother Miyagi, Jhene Aiko reflects on her near death experience from 2013 in her latest visual for “Eternal Sunshine”, one of her many tracks on her debut album Souled Out.
The visual features Jhene in an out-body-experience while a car collision happens as she floats above it. The emotional video was directed by Jaye Ahn and also includes flashes of family footage of her brother as well. Miyagi passed away after a two year battle with cancer in 2012.
