It’s no secret that Houston’s hip hop scene is on the rise, and #IndieNation Vol. 2 gives music fans everywhere a little Taste of Texas. From Fat Pimp to Doughbeezy, to QG Fresh, A1 Go Hard, and even Erik Ratka, this project features a few up and coming acts from the Lone Star State.
Big Bay of Track Whippaz ENT drips a little sauce with one of Houston’s most influential Indie Artists, Sauce Walka, debuting their song “Ooo Weee”. Big Bay said, “The ‘Sauce Wave’ was my inspiration for making this song. Me and Sauce Walka of TSF are homies, so it’s just business as usual.”
The project also features Vixen Fox, Kavel, Danny Silencio, Clever Meanz, Turtle Gang, Show Off, Emprovyze, and Yung Spyda.” Michigan’s Tre Davonchi also drops is new single “Drugs.” Tre said “I been rapping since age 11. I make music for you, the fans.”
Executive producer, Ryan J. said, “The industry needs this. Indie artists shouldn’t have to struggle by the masses to put their music out individually. Instead, they should work collectively by the masses and exchange fans. I hope to create a network of innovative, hungry, seriously talented artists through this mixtape series.”
