Chinese Kitty / “No New Friends”

Chinese Kitty started off the New Year with a kill shot. The Brooklyn rapper released the song + video to “No New Friends”. The song originally started as a freestyle, but Kitty made a few tweaks, added Keanu to the hook and came up with a 2 minute warning. The video, directed by PropaTV, opens with two females taking pictures “for the gram”, one of them is sporting a “96” tattoo on her shoulder. As “96” uploads the selfie to Instagram, different artists start calling her out for clout chasing… and then Kitty steps in. In a world where so many people will do ANYTHING for a piece of fame, Chinese Kitty makes it clear, that she isn’t here for any new friends.
