Grammy-Award winner Lil’ Kim is excited for the release of her fifth studio album 9 on May 17. Officially announced to fans at her Boardwalk Hall performance in Atlantic City over the weekend, the 13-song album will feature appearances from Rick Ross, Remy Ma, Rich the Kid, Fabolous, Musiq Soulchild and more, as well as production from Buda & Grandz, Mark Henry, Noc,among others.
The lead single “Go Awff” is a perfect launch for Kim’s awaited return to music. Produced by SoundwaVve and Eritza the single’s horn intro was made for a queen’s entrance as The Queen Bee “goes awff” in true Lil’ Kim daring fashion. The video was directed by Damien Sandoval and choreographed by Laurieann Gibson, is an amazing ode of Lil’ Kim’s love for glam and fashion.
